Damaged Goods: carts-parts must be notified within fourteen (14) business days of delivery of any goods received in damaged condition through the submission of a Request for Return. Damaged goods must be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery.

Goods Received in Error: Carts-parts must be notified within fourteen (14) business days of any goods shipped in error through the submission of a Request for Return. Such goods must be returned uninstalled and in new condition. The goods must be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery.

Other Returns: A request to return new undamaged goods must be made within fourteen (14) days of delivery through the submission of a Request for Return. The goods must be returned in uninstalled and new condition. Return requests received more than thirty (30) days after delivery will not be accepted.

The following goods are not eligible for return, unless the wrong goods are shipped to you in error or goods are received in damaged condition: Electrical Items, Hardware, Product Manuals, Tyres & Wheels, Paint Pens, and Cleaning and Maintenance Products.

The costs of return shipments and a 20% restocking fee will be charged to you on all returned goods other than when: (i) the wrong goods are shipped to you by carts-parts, (ii) goods are received in damaged condition, or (iii) the goods are subject to a warranty claim.

All returns require a Return Authorisation Number (“RMA”) that is provided to you by email after a completed Request for Return Form has been received by carts-parts. Upon receipt of a completed Request for Return Form, a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number will be emailed to you. Return requests without RMA will not be processed. Please complete the form so we can accurately process your return.

A credit will be issued to the method of payment used during the purchase of the goods, less shipping costs, if the return is not a result of a shipping error or goods received in damaged condition. Please allow up to fourteen ( 14 ) business days from date received for the processing of your return request.
